Appointments 
We know that everyone's time is valuable and we want to reserve enough time for your dental needs. You can call/text us at 732-246-8181 to request a convenient time for you or fill out this simple form requesting an appointment via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 48 hours noticed when possible to make changes to your appointment. We understand emergency happens, please inform us as soon as possible.

 Insurance and Billing 
We accept most traditional insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Jyoti R. Shah, DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO/DMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for your reimbursement. 

 Payment Options 
We have payment solutions for all budgets. We make high quality dental care affordable. We accept Checks, Cash, Debit or Credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, Third party financing. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
